The Leader of WP4 Development of FINALLY Toolbox – Health and Socilam Development Foundation – HESED

A set of learning and teaching resources was developed. First, the WP4 expert group defined the draft toolbox. After pilot evaluation the resources were adopted and updated according to pilot action results.

The FINALLY Toolbox comprises a set of ready-to-use and tailor-made learning/teaching resources for learners and teachers. It consists of workbooks for all four modules, where are included exercises, quizzes, team work games and other tools. Besides mentioned presentation slides per each module were developed.

For a teachers/trainers is developed a concise and readable FINALLY Manual with Guidelines, easy to use in every training course not only by partner organisation but also by other adult education providers, schools and stakeholders. It serves as guidance for implementing the training course and comprises lesson plans, instructions and directions for teachers/trainers how to use the FINALLY Toolbox, as well as the Course evaluation forms.

The FINALLY didactic game was produced to ensure better knowing and understanding of basic concept of financial literacy and new terms. The main aim of this product is to make training interested and encourage learning through the various ways. The game is so unique, useful and got through piloting an excellent assessment. It was produces by P1.

Mainly, this are training resources with a transnational core, which are valid for all partner countries, since the Toolbox is a joint transnational tool of the whole partner consortium. According to WP2 Needs Assessment, the training materials with a regional core were also developed. Each partner prepared specific 4th modul based on national particularities. The Toolbox, Manual with Guidelines and Didactical game were translated into national languages.
